What is hydrodipping?
Hydrographics, also known as Water Transfer Printing and Immersion Printing, is the process of dip painting nearly any 3D object that is made from plastic, wood, glass, or metal.
You will have your choice of film that will be cut to size. Then the film will be laid on the surface of the water in the water transfer printing tank where an activator will be applied to the film. After a few seconds, the film will turn to liquid ink and float on the surface of the water. The ink will then wrap 360 degrees around the object. Once the object is dried, a clear-coat will go over the new finish to maximize durability.
